About our services

Market My Training Solutions helps expert-led service, consulting, coaching, and training businesses with marketing and client-flow systems — including MMTS WebScore diagnostics, ClientFlow builds, and Growth Optimization. The Site provides information about these services, insights content, and ways to contact us or book a Growth Assessment.

No online store. This Site does not sell products through a cart or automated checkout. Pricing for engagements is discussed during a Growth Assessment or under a separate written agreement. Any paid work is governed by that agreement, not by browsing the Site alone.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that burdens or disrupts the Site

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, IF ANY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Market My Training Solutions from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
